The Association's Benchmark Study provides the vital yardstick of our profession. As an Investment Recovery Association member, you will have the confidence to compare your efforts against others in your industry as well as investment recovery operations worldwide. Access to performance benchmarks and statistics for key industries nationwide is available ONLY to members of the Investment Recovery Association.
Compiled by the Center for Advanced Purchasing Studies (CAPS), this valuable data allows members to create their own internal standards, set realistic goals and measure their progress. In 2009, the decision was made to field the IR Benchmark Study every two years.
